Policy Details

At LightShowPros.com, all products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Whether or not a product page shows a warranty seal, all eligible items have this coverage.

Eligible Returns

  • Undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (shipping not included).
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are not returnable.
  • Items must include all accessories and original packaging.

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Restocking fees may apply if items are not in new, resalable condition.

Refund Process

  • Use our help desk to get an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before shipping.
  • We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll email you the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact sales@lightshowpros.com.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once received. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Important Notes

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee delivery of untracked returns.
  • Refunds for software, sequence files, or pre-programmed SD cards are not available.
