We stand behind the quality of our products. Below you’ll find warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures for items purchased through LightShowPros.com.

Warranty Coverage

  • LED Pixels, Controllers & Props: Covered for defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Sequences & Digital Downloads: Not covered by warranty (delivered as-is), but we’ll help resolve file access issues.
  • Installation Services: Covered for 90 days against workmanship issues.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage caused by weather, power surges, or accidents.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide your order number, product details, and description of the issue. You may be asked to return the product or submit photos/videos for verification.

Resolution

Approved warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. We’ll work with you to ensure a fair resolution.
